Aral sa buhay: Mahirap magpagaling ng sakit kapag kinakailangan mong magtrabaho (dahil hinahanap ka ng iyong boss at kakakuha mo lang ng bagong proyekto at mataas pa naman ang sahod mo).

that’s why it pays to have a healthy body to begin with hehe.
buddhist monks train their bodies so it could keep up with their minds, or at least not distract it with aches and pains (or itches in my case).
I should write a solid post about this. hehehe.

tama ka. dapat siguro’y mag-ehersisyo na ulit ako. mailabas na nga ang 5-pound dumbbell ko!

mas mainam na kumuha ka ng bike o yung stepper, tas yun gawin mo habang nanonood ng ju-mong hahaha. may rule of thumb kasi na at least 1 hour of walking per day.
